Author talk Serenoa Chapter of FNPS

This special ZOOM presentation will take us beyond The Palmetto Book: Histories and Mysteries of the Cabbage Palm, Jono Miller’s recently released work based on ten years of research. Jono is a well-known local environmentalist and former Director of the Environmental Studies Program at New College. This is your chance to go deeper into some of the chapters that have a local Sarasota angle. If you’ve read the book, this will add meaning. If not, it will serve as an introduction. He’ll also feature some remarkable local cabbage palms.
